How to distinguish and distinguish inferior aluminum profiles
1. Unqualified chemical composition
The cost of aluminum profiles doped with a large amount of miscellaneous aluminum and waste aluminum in the product is greatly reduced, but it will lead to unqualified chemical composition of architectural aluminum profiles, which will seriously endanger the safety of construction projects.
2. Poor corrosion resistance
Inferior aluminum profiles greatly reduce the sealing time, the loss of chemical reagents, and the cost, but the corrosion resistance of the profiles is also greatly reduced.
3. Thin oxide film thickness
The national standard stipulates that the thickness of the oxide film of architectural aluminum profiles should not be less than 10um (microns). If the thickness is not enough, the surface of the aluminum profile is easy to rust and corrode. Some aluminum profiles without production name, factory location, production license, and qualification certificate in the random inspection have an oxide film thickness of only 2 to 4um, and some even have no oxide film. Experts estimate that every 1um reduction in the thickness of the oxide film can reduce the cost of electricity consumption by more than 150 yuan per ton of profiles.
4. Unqualified chemical composition
Aluminum profiles mixed with a large amount of miscellaneous aluminum and scrap aluminum can greatly reduce the cost, but will lead to unqualified chemical composition of architectural aluminum profiles, which will seriously endanger the safety of construction projects.
Unqualified aluminum profiles will deform due to the influence of air, rain, sunlight, etc. during use, and even cause glass breakage and falling off.
