As the windows and doors are customized size and configuations, so before we quote, please kindly provide the information as below so that we calculate the detailed price.
1) Shop drawing of window or door schedule to show the dimensions, quantity and type;
2) Profile frame & window/ door color;
3) Type of glass and thickness, single glazing or double glazing, or tempered glass, clear glass, laminated or others.

Yes, all kinds of windows and doors can be customized and produced.And we will provide our professional advice for your project ,which is according to your need and budget.

4.What is your delivery time?
Normally for sliding door and hung door , we can offer them in 15 days, for thermal break windows ,we will finished in 25-40 working days after drawing confimed and received the deposit of order.
aluminum profile will finished in 30-45 days based on the surface treatment .

5.Can you pack the product according to my requirements for export?

6.Your windows come with the glass installed already?
Yes, we will install glass at factory based on windows or doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and they are easy for buyer to install the whole windows or doors.

7.What is your warranty? How can we do in case of problems?
We offer warranty of 10 years including frame unfading nor peel-off, and accessories working properly under correct operation.10 years warranty for German hardware. In case of our quality problem, we will provide replacement.
